DC chiefly consists of Qualitative DC, Quantitative DC, Sampling, Coding, Part-time and agencies management. DP (Data Processing) consists of a team of strictly trained and experienced professionals. They focus on data processing and analysis with statistics software like SPSS and Quantum. DP is able to deal with diverse data formats, upon request, like ASCII/Quantum (including Level Data)/Excel Data/SPSS Data and others. DP, typically offers specialized analyses (e.g. driving factors and models for Loyalty), which is also closely aligned with kavos-consulting Product Lines. Also, DP is responsible for delivering advanced analysis, data reports and developing research models. They are involved in early phases of the research projects, i.e. discussing Questionnaire design; which adds ease to the data analysis process.

DP also handles paper QNR data entry (double entry), logic checks for CATI/CAPI/Online programs (before interview), coding entry of open-ended questions and conversions among data formats, e.g. single card data VS multi-card data, ASCII to Excel/SPSS data.

QC (Quality Control) operates in independent working areas to ensure separate interviews, QC double checks, secure contents and fair results. The exclusive ID5 check, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security, confirms respondents using a database of successful respondents that restricts candidates based on their updated profiles, and screens for "professional respondents" while also effectively controlling attendance frequency. To guarantee their check quality, QC uses methods such as telephone checks or onsite checks via MP3 or interview recorder. They employ real-time onsite monitors, remote checks and supervision via recorded videos/audios to control the project quality during the entire process.

The QC team all with qualified knowledge, keen skills and tested experience. Cooperative work on a project is always completed with training from and under the guidance of a supervisor, throughout the entire process.
